About Us
How It All Began

Brie & Barrel has changed ownership with the vision of bringing our French/Moroccan/Mediterranean cuisine to the table . Owner's Daniel & Bouchra Savard have been serving Moroccan/French cuisine at their 100 ft converted tug boat called the Swept Away Inn for the past 11 years. Our dream of creating a warm and inviting restaurant featuring elevated farm to table ingredients, home made unique and flavourful dishes, quality wines, cocktails, local craft and international beers is at the heart of everything we do.
This space has quickly begun to transition from it's past. Since our start, Brie & Barrel has evolved in many ways with it's changing menu to an ever growing wine list featuring the best of local and international small wineries. Brie & Barrel always has something new and exciting to try.
Brie & Barrel is excited to welcome you to our changing decor, improved heated covered patio space and a stunning new garden section covered with wisteria vines and feature herb gardens. We are so proud of the new space we've created at Brie & Barrel.
